SSSKrafts Gold & Silver Savings Scheme Final Terms & Conditions
1. Scheme Overview
The SSSKrafts Gold & Silver Savings Scheme (“Scheme”) is a voluntary savings membership program designed to help customers systematically accumulate savings towards the purchase of gold, silver, jewellery, coins, and other eligible products offered by Sri Sarveshta Silverkrafts Pvt. Ltd. (“SSSKrafts”).
2. Scheme Tenure
The scheme operates under an 11+1 installment structure, where customers pay 11 monthly installments and become eligible for one complimentary installment sponsored by SSSKrafts, subject to successful compliance with all scheme conditions.
3. Monthly Installments
Members shall pay the selected installment amount on or before the 15th of every month. Installments can be paid through approved online or offline payment modes. Delayed payments may affect eligibility for complimentary benefits, rewards, and promotional offers. SSSKrafts reserves the right to suspend inactive accounts due to non-payment.
4. Complimentary Installment Benefit
The 12th complimentary installment shall be credited only if all 11 installments are paid successfully, payments are completed within the approved tenure, and the account remains active and compliant with company policies. The complimentary installment is non-withdrawable and can only be utilized for eligible purchases from SSSKrafts.
5. Redemption Policy
Scheme maturity value may be redeemed exclusively towards the purchase of gold, silver, jewellery, coins, bars, articles, or other eligible products available at SSSKrafts. The redemption value shall be calculated based on the prevailing market rate of gold and silver applicable on the date of billing, booking, or product purchase. Customers shall bear applicable making charges, wastage charges, GST, stone charges, customization charges, and other statutory or service-related charges wherever applicable. Under the Gold Savings option, the accumulated amount shall be adjusted against gold purchases only. Under the Silver Savings option, the accumulated amount shall be adjusted against silver purchases only. Interchange between Gold and Silver categories shall be permitted only at the sole discretion of SSSKrafts management and based on prevailing conversion policies and market conditions. Redemption shall be allowed only after successful completion of the scheme tenure and verification formalities. Cash refunds or cash withdrawals shall not ordinarily be permitted. SSSKrafts reserves the right to restrict redemption on selected products, promotional items, discounted collections, or limited-edition inventory as per company policy.
6. Pricing & Market Fluctuation
Gold and silver rates are subject to daily market fluctuations. Final product pricing, wastage charges, making charges, taxes, and applicable GST shall be charged additionally wherever applicable. SSSKrafts shall not be responsible for market rate variations between installment dates and redemption dates.
7. Launch Offers & Promotional Benefits
Complimentary gifts, silver coin offers, festive rewards, loyalty bonuses, and promotional benefits are subject to active membership status, timely installment payments, stock availability, successful KYC verification, and management approval.
8. Silver Coin Offer
The complimentary silver coin launch offer is applicable only to the first eligible verified members as determined by SSSKrafts management and subject to completion of minimum required installments.
9. KYC & Verification
Submission of valid KYC documents is mandatory for scheme enrollment and redemption. SSSKrafts reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts with incomplete, false, or unverifiable information.
10. Nominee Facility
Members may register a nominee during enrollment. In case of unforeseen circumstances, benefits may be transferred to the registered nominee after verification and submission of required documents.
11. Missed Installments & Account Reactivation
Members may be allowed limited missed installments at the sole discretion of SSSKrafts. Reactivation of inactive accounts may require payment of pending dues and additional formalities.
12. Early Closure / Cancellation
Customers choosing to discontinue the scheme before maturity shall not be eligible for complimentary installments, bonus benefits, promotional rewards, gifts, or special offers. Refunds, if approved by management, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable administrative and service charges.
13. Non-Transferability
Scheme memberships, rewards, discounts, benefits, and accumulated privileges are non-transferable and applicable only to the registered member.
14. Digital Account Access
Customers may access scheme details, payment records, installment history, offers, and updates through the official SSSKrafts mobile application or authorized company platforms.
15. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
SSSKrafts reserves the right to verify customer transactions, investigate suspicious activity, suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, and report suspicious transactions to regulatory authorities wherever required by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
SSSKrafts shall not be liable for technical failures, payment gateway interruptions, market losses, delays caused by external agencies, or force majeure events beyond company control.
17. Taxation
All applicable GST, government taxes, duties, and statutory charges shall be borne by the customer as per prevailing laws.
18. Modification Rights
SSSKrafts reserves the absolute right to revise, amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any scheme, offer, policy, reward, or condition without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
19. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under the scheme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana. The company’s internal records and transaction statements shall be treated as final unless proven otherwise under applicable law.
20. Acceptance of Terms
Enrollment into the SSSKrafts Savings Scheme constitutes full understanding and acceptance of all applicable terms, policies, conditions, verification procedures, pricing policies, and company regulations.
